What it is for
For companies, educational institutions and HR departments replacing an existing procedure or setting up a new one. The subject can be a training course, an evaluation or a selection process.
What I take on
First the stocktaking: what you use today, what is missing from it, and which requirements follow from that.
Then the development: building and designing the questionnaires, with the question types the subject calls for. Multiple choice, open answers, matching by drag and drop. Where it makes sense the procedure adapts, showing different questions depending on the answers given.
Then the connection: to a learning management system, to HR software or to another platform, along with taking over existing questionnaires and results.
And after that the ongoing support: fixing faults, applying updates, further development, and introducing the people who operate and administer the tool. Consulting, prototype, delivery and upkeep come from one hand.
Where the data sits
Transmission is encrypted, storage follows the General Data Protection Regulation. Where exactly the data sits is your decision: the systems can run on your own infrastructure.
What is not part of it
The test itself. I build the tool and make sure it runs reliably, evaluates properly and locks nobody out. Whether a questionnaire measures what it is meant to measure is decided by the people responsible for its content.
No finished product off the shelf. Any of the stages above can be dropped if you cover them yourself; what is needed we settle beforehand.
