Good Grants is software for running calls for applications: taking in submissions, having them reviewed, awarding the grants. I set it up, design it, and stay reachable when something jams mid-round.
What it is for
For anyone who runs grants, scholarships or prizes and has to review the submissions in a structured way. So for foundations, public bodies, associations and programmes where more applications arrive than a spreadsheet can order.
What I offer
Introduction and working sessions. An overview of the functions, then work on your own procedure. On site or online, from two days, with materials that stay with you afterwards.
Setup. Taking in your requirements, building the configuration from them, testing, sharpening, and writing a short guide that fits your procedure rather than the manual. From four days.
Reachability in operation. By email, phone or ticket, an answer within eight hours on working days, with a set route for the cases that cannot be solved quickly.
Design. Bringing the platform in line with your visual identity, or developing one, along with the forms: clearly asked, usable on a phone, labelled in plain language.
Writing down what applies. Guides for the frequent cases, a decision tree for fault-finding, and a document describing your application process. So the knowledge does not hang on one person.
Which of these you need is your decision. The parts can be commissioned separately.
What is not part of it
The software itself. Good Grants does not come from me, I do not sell it and I earn nothing on its licence. You sign that contract directly.
Nor the decision on who gets funded. I build the procedure that orders the review and makes it traceable. You set the criteria, and your jury makes the choice.
